The service

ReviewFlow AI provides QR-based feedback collection and AI-assisted review drafting for businesses. Draft text is generated from customer-provided feedback and is never submitted to Google automatically — the customer chooses whether and how to post it.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your business details and for keeping your login credentials secure. Every new account includes a 3-day free trial.

Billing

After the trial, continued access is billed at ₹299/month through Razorpay. You approve each charge; no charge occurs without your action at checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReviewFlow AI to fabricate reviews, submit content on a customer's behalf without their action, or otherwise misrepresent feedback as something it isn't.

Google reviews

ReviewFlow AI does not control, verify, or guarantee that a review is posted on Google. We track when a customer's browser opens your configured Google review page, not whether a review was ultimately submitted.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
