Customers scan the code on their own phone — no app, no account. They rate their experience and describe it in their own words.
Draft & Continue
AI turns their feedback into three natural draft styles. The customer edits if they like, copies the one they prefer, and continues to Google to post it themselves.
What the AI does — and doesn't do
The AI drafts wording from the customer's own answers. It never invents staff names, prices, products, or claims that weren't in the original feedback.
