What we collect

Business accounts provide a name, email address, and business details. Customers providing feedback through a QR campaign submit a rating and free-text answers; we do not require them to create an account or provide personal contact details.

How AI drafting works with your data

Feedback text a customer submits is sent to our AI provider solely to generate review draft suggestions for that same customer. It is not used to train shared AI models and is not sold to third parties.

What we track

We record QR scans, feedback submissions, AI draft generations, draft selections, copy actions, and clicks to your configured Google review page. We do not track — and cannot confirm — whether a review was actually posted on Google.

Data retention

Business account data is retained for as long as the account is active. You can request deletion of your business account and associated data by contacting support.
